Dr. Thomas is a great doctor. He has a great bedside manner. He is easy to talk to. The staff is very helpful and they get you in and out quickly! Which is great!

The staff was friendly. The only reason why I did not rate the visit excellent was due to a 25 minute wait in the lobby before being called back to see the staff.

The appointments are schedule at times that working families can make and there is no waiting around. Even if the lobby looks busy everyone is taken back quickly and efficiently. I like the friendly staff and clean environment. I would not change anything, I am very happy with the care given to my son. Thank you. Karen Harris

As usual, Thomas Orthodontics staff exhibits professionalism, while being cordial and very friendly at the same time. Dr. Thomas is always friendly, confident and appears to know what he's doing, and the results speak for themselves.

I love that your office has monthly games and prizes.also the staff is very kind.you can tell they are not there for themselves,but for the patient.Also,your office looks realy cool now (i like the tan stone tiling on the chek-in desk)and i think my mom will like the tea! -lauren stookey :d

The staff is great! We love the very personal service & how they make you feel welcome - not just another body in a chair. Lisa is extremely knowledgeable about both the business info and the treatments. She, Dr. Thomas & the staff make a great team!

One of the most important factors about Dr. Thomas' office is the friendliness of his staff. Each visit to the office, I'm greeted by name, which indicates that they value their clients as individuals and not just another patient. In addition, the renovation of the office was a very smart business move as many new offices in the area are very appealing to customers. New offices and fixtures alway come across cleaner than older, outdated ones. (Joshua Hiebert)
