Dr. Thomas is nice and qualified. My daughters' teeth both look beautiful, however the staff is what impresses me the most Melissa has gone above and beyond for my daughters..coming in several times for adjustments on her day off. Dr. Thomas is so lucky to have her and the other friendly staff members. I feel like we've always been in good hands with her;)

We love Thomas Orthodontics! The family that referred us to this office wasn't kidding when they said it was like family. When our dentist referred us, we knew that 2 good referrals was worth looking into.

The young ew girl (don't know her name) was excellent; very knoweldgeable, informative and friendly -- didn't think she was only working there for a month! My daughter was very comfortable with her and Dr. Thomas.

My visit was perfect on every level..I was scared to go back to the orthodontist after my last experience, but they made it very pleasant, and less stressful for me..I was able to bring my son with me, and they were wonderful with him :) My husband was a patient with Thomas orthodontics starting back in 2003, and he firmly believes they are the best in the area..Thank you

I really thought the staff and Doctor Thomas were great. I was given the information needed for Jenna that will help her correct her problem and all insurance and payment information was explained to me which was very helpful. The office was very kid friendly lots for them to do and a great atmosphere.

The entire staff go above and beyond to help us. Whether it be a standard appt. or an emergency type (wire popped loose) visit, always so accomodating, helpful and friendly.

I am so impressed with Dr. Thomas' office. My daughter is not even a true patient of his yet. He is seeing her every six months, free of charge, to monitor her future orthodontic needs. She is only eight years old, and has some time before we will know what treatment she will need. Thank you Dr. Thomas, for caring so much about your patients.

Thomas Orthordics was the third opinion. I knew the minute he started explaining the different procedural options that this was the office I would entrust to provide orthodontic care for my child. His staff is very friendly and knowledgable. My child feels comfortable and I know great care it taken when the Dr. and staff tend to her orthodontic care. Thank you Dr. Thomas and Staff....

The new decor is SO much better than the old. The front office staff is always willing to work with me on scheduling. Last time, they called the dentist and arranged the removal of, cleaning and replacement of wires for me!!!!

We had to pop in and out due to dental cleanings at my daughters' regular dentist. We never know how long these appts will take-so naturally-I book their ortho appts at the wrong time to get the wires replaced. The staff always greets us with a smile- and "No problem-come on back and we'll take care of you" . I'm sorry I do not know names! (this is even when your office is technically closed and they are just cleaning and doing office work. ) The staff is also very accomodating when I need to qu

The staff and Dr. Thomas are wonderful, I refer all my friends and family to him if they need braces. The girls are especially nice and polite to me. The staff was friendly. The only reason why I did not rate the visit excellent was due to a 25 minute wait in the lobby before being called back to see the staff.

The appointments are schedule at times that working families can make and there is no waiting around. Even if the lobby looks busy everyone is taken back quickly and efficiently. I like the friendly staff and clean environment. I would not change anything, I am very happy with the care given to my son. Thank you. Karen Harris

One of the most important factors about Dr. Thomas' office is the friendliness of his staff. Each visit to the office, I'm greeted by name, which indicates that they value their clients as individuals and not just another patient. In addition, the renovation of the office was a very smart business move as many new offices in the area are very appealing to customers. New offices and fixtures alway come across cleaner than older, outdated ones. (Joshua Hiebert)

Everyone at this office is extremely friendly. We never have too wait long and they are always willing to see us when we have a problem. Most of the time we just walk in and they are always happy to help. I have refered this office to several of my friends!!! Thanks for all you do, Rhonda Shaw
